Default 1992 White Civic Hatch with B20vtec, Koni, Rage etc (KS)

The time has come for me to sell my car, I'm leaving the country and as of right now do not have the financial ability to bring it back with me because if I do I would totally do so keep in mind if you want to try to lowball!

I'll start off a lil high with $6000 OBO, throw me some offers and we'll go from there alright?
The only catch to buying my car is I WANT TO BUY IT BACK or be the first person in line when you sell it in the future, we'll work something out in regards to that.

It'a a clean title btw. Motor was built spring break 07.
Bottom end has about 40,000 miles when I bought it, head was resurfaced and cleaned.
Engine miles is approx 10,000 miles.
Chassis has close to 200,000 miles.

Motor is built and tuned with Hondata s100 chipped p28 ecu by Tony Palo (Tony1 on HT) from Dallas (Yes I'd rather drive 5 hours to have it built and tuned)

Things that are recently fixed / serviced:
1. Distributor and spark plugs were changed a month ago (less than 500 miles)
2. New clutch with new pilot and throwout bearings, 2 weeks ago
3. New tranny fluid change
4. CV axles changed approximately 3-4 months ago.

Now to the bad things
1. Stupid Honda cancer (Rust at rear quarter panel)
2. High rpm 3rd gear grind (Stupid honda symptom again)
3. Carbon fiber hood is cracked and the clear coat on the hood and duckbill are gone..I don't really care but if you are into the looks dept then yea
4. A dent on the driver's side door which was there since I bought it.
5. No a/c, p/s, p/w, p/l BUT I do have all the power stuff available (Ex power windows and locks that can be included)
6. Tear on the bucket seat due to rubbing from getting in and out.
7. Bumper is basically gone, it scraped on the right side, it's cracked due to wrong placement of a jack and is holding on zip-ties at both ends

As you can see..the bad parts are nothing mechanical / major and more mostly in the looks department.

This car pulls like crazy and is track / autocross ready. I've overtaken Corvettes, Mustangs, TT Rx7, Evo X (Sorry Ray!), Stis, Cayman S.. any fast car you can think of with my EG and I have some videos to prove them.

I also have a lot of parts lying around that can be added to sweeten the deal etc.
1. Konig Heliums 15 x 6.5 wrapped with Hankook Ventus RS211 R compounds (205/50/15 with plenty of meat left)
