Default Headlight lens DESTRUCTION.. Replacement LENSES?

To make my story short...

Bought smoked stock headlights to use with 6000k Bi-Xenon kit

Even with HIDs, light through the tints wasn't sufficient

Had old ebay halo projector housings laying around

Took apart to swap lenses onto new housings

Tryed to restore lenses with the 3M kit...

I started going at one of the lenses and realized I wasn't getting results anywhere near what was shown on the directions. The coarsest paper wouldn't remove all the yellow and the finest plus the polish wouldn't get rid of the cloudiness all the sanding had created.

Has anyone ever ran into any problems like this and do you think I may have damaged them beyond repair?

If so, does anyone know if its possible to get replacement lenses without the whole housing?
-I've searched on many different honda parts sites and have found nothing.

Thanks for your time and help

Are you talking about the reflector part that was painted?
Your output will still be bad because your using hid in a halogen housing.
Do a retro fit since you have the housing apart.
Here is my DIY with tsx projectors.

Or you can go HID planet and look around

Thanks for your comment and your retro looks damn good. I know thats the way to go but I just swapped a tranny in and a new clutch so I don't have the money to do it just yet. I for now am just looking for some clear lenses I can buy without the whole housing if that is even possible. Otherwise, if anyone has any experience cleaning up lenses and could help me with the fog I've made and can't get rid of that would be great.
Thanks

Take some pictures and post them up,
You will need to get the whole housing for the clear lens.
It's not that expencive on e-bay.
The OEM hid projectors are also not that expensive ither.

Its only expencive if you have someone else do the work for you.

Thanks for the response, I'll have to get new housings.

So I am a little worried about my ability to do the retrofit since smart me thought it would be smart to buy the Bi-xenon HID kit from eBay, so I don't think this would work with a retrofit as there is a cover that mounts into a headlight which cuts off the light and by the opening of a slot on top of the cover, shines the light off the bottom of the reflector and higher in the air. The bulb size is H4; I do not know how that matches up with HID projectors, and the bulb locks itself into the hi/low cover it came with which makes me wonder how the bulb would even mount anyways.
Thanks
