I'm jealous.
Didn't take any good pictures because we were late to go mtn biking. Will take some nice pics of his collection before he gets rid of the rest of them.
If anyone's interested in a 2006 CBR1000RR silver about 5-6K never been dropped $6500 lemme kno.
Also has a 1600cc Yamaha cruise with almost everything chromed out never been dropped for like $10K.
He has an RC51 that he's not selling.
And a Kawi dirtbike that's sold already.
My friend who got a base 1098 is now cursing himself for not getting the S version. But in here, the price difference is way bigger
Is that a SRT-10? Baller!

Lol. He has a Trek 69'er SS, Specialized Enduro, Specialized Stumpjumper, and an Intense 6.6 as well as a fixed gear track bike and a Specialized Transition triathlon bike.
He's selling the Enduro and the Stumpjumper if anyone's interested.

Awesome bike. The thing I've noticed about Duc's is lots of their owners are really really hesitant to push them hard. I was making mince meat out of 2 dudes on 1098's last weekend with le' ARESEX. And these guys had decent form and looked to know what they were doing, they were just really really hesitant on picking up the throttle at lean angle and therefore had horrific cornerspeed.
Super sick bike though.

True that. But he's been riding/racing for over 20 years. I'm pretty sure he'll check out on 99% of the riders you see in the canyons.
BTW, the dealership had a Desmo for $65K otd, he tried to trade in his SRT10 but they don't take car trade in.

^ Haha thats why I said lots of them not all of them! A Duc being used for what its intended is a beautiful thing indeed.

Lulz.. so my friend took his bike to Angeles Crest yesterday for an easy cruise to break in his bike and got a ticket for going 75 on a 45. A motorcycle cop pulled him and his buddy over and they both got one.
^ Ouch. I'm not surprised though, the crest is notorious. Was it Officer Stout or Officer Morrin? I'd put $$$ on the fact that it's one of the two.
$21k is a bit much...is it an 07 or 08?
lightly used "s" go for around $16-18k...and try this one on for size: Not sure if you want to tell him this but for the 2009 models Ducati is scraping the 1098 title and going with the 1198 standard motorwise. More power...a lot more torque, and different styling. Enough power to hang with the jap 1000s and just a bit more style.

It's a brand new '08 S. He knows how much a 1200 Ducati makes as he's ridden a 1098R. Like I said, he was trying to get the Desmo so even the 1200 wouldn't really be special for him.

The Stumpjumper is a small and mostly XT or XTR parts and he's selling it for $2K. It has the '08 XT brakes with the cam lobe lever. Tiite.
