Under the dash near the drivers side a pillar base. If you have cruise control it may be behind the control unit.

Is this the same place on a 94 Accord as well? I want to get to mine to make a kill switch.

Lay on your back on the drivers floor board, remove the cruise control unit [silver box about 8"X4"] above that on the driver side of the steering column will be the main relay.

You will only see the base of it and the plug with the big fat wires going into it.
Grey box/Brown base. says "Mitsuba RZ-00XX" on the side of it.

You can cheat at this point and instead of unbolting the entire relay housing, use a small screwdriver to pop the guts out of the housing. [Top Tech Tip of the Day]

Usually the solder joints going to the relay coils [small connections] are the ones that are cracked and need to be resoldered.
