H22A4 RUNNING RICH.....HELP!!!

There's black soot all over the back of my lude!!!

What are some common solutions for this issue? I think I know what the cause is,but would like would like some second opinions from ludeland.

In order of parts to replace:

1. Spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap + rotor
2. Oxygen sensor
3. If you still have the problem, test the ignition coil per helms

I either need to loop my oxygen sensor or get a new and tap my pipe....
