Default B18A to a 93 hb swap?

Still a newbie Honda user and I have specific questions for my swap.

I have a 91 Integra Ls with a good condition B18A stock engine and manual transmission. My car has a lot of rust and the body is in a really bad shape. I always liked the 92-94 civics hatch backs. Im getting one for $500 no engine no trans.

I want to do my swap as cheap as possible, maybe later will upgrade for better parts.

Will my stock Integra engine mounts be ok?
Can I use stock shift linkages, axles?
Are the suspension components like arms, rach & pinion, rear disk brakes and all that compatible?

My car is OBD0, I was thinking on keeping it OBD0 for now, maybe later OBD1

Swapping the engine harness computer and engine with ignition will be ok? same civic factory ecu location?

My Transmission is a cable one and i don't want to change it to hydraulic one, do i still need to buy a kit or something?

Any other thing I should now about?

I used the search button and read many threads, English is my second language so if anyone can help me with this, i will appreciated it.

You picked a poor choice for a swap. You will need to get an OBD1 ECU, Distributor (or cut and splice plugs, or buy a conversion harness) I can't remember if OBD0 alternators are different or not. You will not be able to use the integra mounts, you will need to get a special transmission mount for the cable tranny, and a hydro to cable conversion kit (really not worth doing IMO, much easier to just sell the cable tranny and buy a hydro one.) Shift linkage I believe will work. Rear trailing arms and rear discs will work. I belive the front knuckles fit as well. Honestly that swap is a pain in the ***, not saying it can't be done, but honda makes it so easy to stick a B-series in a '92 - '95 civic, why make it complicated? Sell what you have, buy what you need.

A friend told me that if I had a 94-up integra the mounts will fit from the integra to the civic. What if i buy the 94-up mounts can i make it fit the B18A to the 93 hatch chassis?

Cant i just swap the cable transmission without the cable to hydraulic conversion?

Can I swap the whole computer and harness from a obd0 and make it work?

On Friday im going to buy this car, it will be my daily car.

Does anyone have links for similar swap logs, not just tech articles..

I am also going to say that the cable tranny and OBD0 idea are BAD.

Trying to make an EG OBD0 is a horrible idea, and it'd take some wiring miracles and lots of time to do so.

Buy a hydro tranny.

Buy 94-01 Integra 5-speed mount brackets, including the iron bracket that bolts to the timing side of the block since the 90-93 bracket is different.

Use a 92-95 Civic DX/Si/EX engine harness, or 92-95 Integra harness.

Use an OBD1 PR4 or P75 5-speed ECU.

There are more details, but honestly I've answered this same B swap into EG topic like 5 times in two months, and I'm growing tired of it.

'94 - '01 Integra mounts work for doing B-series swaps in civics, however the cable tranny requires a custom top mount.

If you can swap in a set of '90 - '93 integra pedals and clutch cable then probably.

No, you need an OBD1 LS ECU.

Edit. Please listen to B18C5-EH2, it will make your life much easier.
