93 civic jdm h22, can I use any USD ecu and pass CA smog

So can I use any USD ecu on my JDM H22

or do I have to have a USD H22a1 ecu to pass smog

reason :
moved to ca from ohio (where we have no smog check)...currently using a jdmP28 but I also have a usd civic ecu..

you are going to need a p13 and you are going to need to wire up the egr. Welcome To Cali
