code 15 > Ignitor Output Signal
my cousin has an 89 LX sedan. im sure the motor is the same as the Base model DX. i did the MPFI and ran the 4 wires and switched the other 2 as suppose to. i even looked at my car to make sure.
i Swapped in an LS motor with an obd0 ECU (PR4) and reinstalled everything, i mean EVERYTHING!
came around to start the car after i double checked everything. car had no codes at first but after 1st crank, it gives a code 15. (Ignitor Output Signal)
my question is, did i have to depin anything from either side of the harness main plugs?? (circle ones)
How can i fix this?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BELOW IS PREVIOUS ISSUE THAT IS SOLVED (due to loose wire and busted cap)
alright. my 91 sedan has an LSV obd0 swap. i took out the harness out of my engine and used it to duplicate another obd0 harness. i DID NOT cut my harness apart. i just used pins to locate where each wires sit. so i finished another just like mines and i put that back on my car to see if it works. car cranks and whatnot but does not start. after a moment later code 15 comes up on that duplicated harness. so i take that out and put mines back on and same thing. cranks but does not start. then code 15 comes up. Ignitor Output Signal
i read around and people said its spark related.
i called a friend and they said its something inside the dizzy (dizzy is new about a year old) is it the module?
and my brother said he called ryan (rywire) and he said its the wiring somewhere on the cabin harness..so i checked the red/blue/green/yellow wires to my ecu and they are perfectly in its spot (wires for mpfi swap)..
i have school tmorrow and my car does not run. i need to get it fixed tonight or im forced to find a ride. any help tips would help. much appreciation.

If the old ignitor by chance says "OKI" on it,
Those were recalled by the factory
because the failure rate was so high..
I have had 2 fail on me which
prompted me to start carrying a spare in the glovebox.
