Default Accord Fidanza Flywheel Timming Mark issue...

what up fellas... Ok, I did an h22 swap a while back on my accord (92 lx) but kept the stock accord trany and put an 8lb fidanza flywheel on it. I dont know if any of you have had this issue, but im pretty sure those flywheels dont have any timming marks on then? Unfortunatly i had already done the entire instal before I found this out. What woud you guys recommend I do, I was planning on swaping the engine to another accound I just bought a few weeks ago anyhow so if i do that should i just hold the stock flywheel up to the fidanza and copy the marks? any help would be appreciated!

You will have to set the timing off of the crank pully with a timing light. There are no mark's on those flywheels. I have 2 of them and just set timing by pully, you'll be fine.

thanks for the quick reply man... I have an aftermarket crank pully too... I'm probably going to have to put marks on that as well right? Any recommendations for doing that? Sorry for the nobish questions, timming is something i dont have alot of experience with...

Unless its and ATI damper pully TAKE IT OFF. Those light weight pully's do little to nothing except wear out the bearings in the block faster. The stock pully is the best way to go for a crank pully unless you have or want to spend for an ATI.
