Default Engine running poorly, any ideas!?

Ok, I have a CRX Si, D16A6. It ran fine. I replaced the piston rings, timing belt and all gaskets. Put it back together, it ran on only cylinders 1 and 4. Pulled the engine apart, checked the block it was fine, checked the head, it was warped .004. Had it machined and put the engine back together, still running on 1 and 4. The cylinders have spark and fuel. Not able to check the compression yet. Any ideas if I have compression? and if I don't?

Make sure your plug wires are in the correct location. They will still spark just not at the right time.

You will need a compression tester if you want to test the compression. You may be able to rent one from a local parts store(autozone, pep boys etc..).

Thanks for the suggestions! I am switching plug wires today, I tried rearranging them on the Dizzy, thinking maybe they were mixed up, nothing. So I got some NGK plug wires to check if my OEMs went bad. There is some air coming through the Oil Cap when I remove it. It should be noted that it did that while it was running on all 4 cylinders before I replaced the piston rings, I think that's my PCV. Do you think the Dizzy itself could be defective?

Oh yeah, and there wasn't any other head work besides the milling of the deck surface.

The crankcase is pressureized due to the design of the engine. Thats what the purpose of the pcv system is. Air coming out of the oil cap when is is removed is normal. Why are you taking the oil cap off with the engine running anyways?

Check cam/crank timing to make sure everything is lined up. Also Double check your wires at the cap and the engine I have accidentally installed the wires in the wrong location and it did the exact same thing.
