Gear indicator blinks ?
I have a 95 accord 4cyl auto. The gear indicator on the guage panel blinks when it is in D4.The speedomiter also will not work when the indicator blinks.Does anyone know if they are associated and what is the problem if they are?

It is an indicator (just like the Check Engine Indicator) that an incident has occured involving the TCM (Transmission Control Module) or it's related sub-systems.
It may be related to the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) but the TCM is also known to foul itself for no apparent reason.
Let me see if I can find the proceedure for pulling the code.
