Just probably a temporary solution if you want to tint them later, or are just cheap. Also he forgot to post a pic of how it looked before, The first pic is how it came out.

i'm sorry but i'm one of those guys you either do it right or don't do it at all. it's like the show trading spaces. they have $1000 to redo a whole room and instead of looking like **** it looks like **** covered in paint and fabric. in this case pantyhose.
