I tried that for about an hour and got about a quarter of a pedal and wont get no tighter. it won't even bring itself back up after being depressed.
i did this for about a hour. I gravity bled it for a hour and nothing. i keep and keep on seeing bubbles comming through the clear hoses and little fluid but its like a never ending air pockets!
I pumped it like 40 times and let the pedal stand up to normal position and opened the bleeder hose and gravity bled it for 45 minutes. and constantly saw air pockets and little fluid. their would be times when it would be pure fluid then a little air pockets. i did it like this with 1 giant bottle of brake fluid. and ran out and still the peddle did not get any better. we put a brand new slave and master cyl on and it did the same thing the old one did.
this is on a 93 nissan 240sx by the way.
