D15 Start problem. Gas n Spark working. BUT!!
ok today i found my problem now i need to know how to fix it.. i only have issues when starting my car when its cold or humid outside or wet.
it pissed me off today so i checked my spark plugs and yes all of them were WET!
they had gas one them.. i didnt prime my car when i started it first i not sure why it does this but i have an idea.
i have a fuel pressure gadge i also have a AEM fuel pressure regulator.
the gaudge is running lean. about 35 psi roughly. i think.
but think it might be because after i drive it the night before maybe it doesnt burn all the fuel left in the cylinders?
i am not to sure but any help guys?????

ok the gas pressure is at 39-40..
i had to dry the spark plugs to get it to work but i dont want this problem again
any help to keep my sparkplugs dry?

i using NGK plugs and wires
it burns a little oil..
but there wasnt any oil on the plugs
yesturday i fixed one of the l shaped black boxes in the distrubutor cause a nut came loose and damdge the metal part that hits the center peace. before at low rpm it kind of miss fired now its smoth.. my bro told me to disconnect the blaster coil so i am yet to do that also. but still wont start but when its warm it starts..
help MEE!!!!

alright hawjboi,
have you taken off your valve cover or is it possible someone took it off at any point?
if so, take it off again and put new rubber seals on the underside of your spark plug holes.

Thats not gonna fix his problem. He's off to a good start with the loose rotor.
Next I'd be checking the air filter to make sure its not plugged and then doing a valve adjustment. If you have spark and fuel then all thats left is air to ignite it.

do a compression test. you need spark, fuel, and Compression to ignite.
and if youre burning oil, you might have a compression leak. just a thought. thats a last option though, its usually something very simple that causes the biggest problems

i doubt it would be compression. he said he was not getting oil on the plugs so hes not passing oil into the combustion chamber.

check your air filter, clean your TB, check your timing, double check your fuel pressure, and spark, and do a compression test.

yea but he would most likely be getting smoke out of his exhaust if he were burning oil

ok guys its not burning bad its buring oil like every other motor at lease 1.2-1 bottle every 2500-4000 miles
i thinking i figured it out. but i need some help.
i have a p28 ecu on it and i have the D16z6 harness for the motor. but i disconnecte the vtech wire so it dont trow a code. i switched back to a DX ecu and i f'en fried it.. booo.. but when i red the code it ran a 10.. the air temp sensor off the intake mani.
i not sure if that would effect it from starting. let me know if you guys have had it started.
but i took it out and dam it was F'in burnt lol.. i dont know how but ya. so i going to get a new/used one.. and i hope that fixes the problem
like i said it has spark, gas, compretion isnt bad. only 125k miles on it. about 350-400 a gas tank.
another issue i remember in the past i not sure if its my wireing harness but it would heat up my ecu's that i use. like the one i fried i dont want to frie antoher cause ecu are costly. i have one ecu that works great but its a p28. my bros p28 i almost fried it but took it out in time. the DX one i had is fried. any answers for this too?
