Default Extremely loud vibration at 4k rpms + with rear Hasport mount

I just finished my build using the Hasport mounts on my EK. I dont remember the number on the mounts, but it was one of the more streetable ones, not the race version. As soon as 4k rpms hit, an extremely loud vibrations comes from the rear mount/cross member there. Its a very high pitched vibration/buzz as if that rear mount is ever so slightly loose vibrating against where its mounted to. But its not loose. I'm half tempted to just put in a stock mount but hopefully there is a fix for this? This vibration is unbearable!

did you order a complete mount kit or just the rear mount?
on the box it should say what durometer the urethane is.
i would double check the bolts holding the mount down and all the bolts on the rear T bracket just to make sure they are tight.
there is some vibration when upgrading to Hasport mounts but nothing unbearable.

I will check today. It is a complete set for an EK, not the stiffest one either. It definitely doesnt sound normal thats for sure.

Hey Joel is you're reading this... which kit did i go with?

Not trying to pick a fight but I found using all three Hasport mounts to be unbearable. Using one was tolearable.

'92 EH2 w/ B16A, EGSTK with your old street urethane.

Very well made though

Hasport offers four different durometers of urethane,
Street (U62A)
Race (U70A)
Extreme Race (U88A)
Most Extreme Race (U94A)
Anythng other than the Street (U62A) urethane would be harsh on a daily driver.

You might also check to see if there is evidence that the rear T-bracket is touching the rear crossmember or the billet mount.

Yeah i will double check to see if anything is rubbing cause it makes no sense. The kind of noise thats being produced is not normal and doesnt sound like its just from a stiff mount. Sounds like metal barely touching each other.
