Default 88 civic sedan coilovers/springs&shocks

Are the 88 civic 4dr coilovers/springs&shocks compatible for a 87 civic sedan? I'm having a really hard time find parts for my car. Thx

I've heard for the 87 civic, the front doesnt ride on springs, but torsion bars. and i can lower the front end by releasing the preload from the torsion bars. but even if i did that, i'll have to find some way to lower the back. Maybe my yr is compatible w. another yr and model? example. EF and DA parts. Thx.

yes.

1st gen integra too.

but you really wont find any parts that will work from any other later model.

you should be asking in "classic honda" section about 87 and older cars. or redpepperracing.com
