Default Q about big brakes...and master cylinder

On my 1990 hatch I have 242 mm stock front discs (9.5"), and I bought a Honda Legend calipers and Renault Clio Sport front discs 280 mm (11").
1. I need some kine of a drawing or a sketch with measurements for a brake caliper mounting bracket dapter (from 9.5" to 11")
2. I'm thinking that my stock master cylinder will not be able to do the yob properly, so, which one would you recommend to me?

Thanks

I'm doing the adapter bracket model at home, and I will buy a 88-91 Civic 15/16" master brake cylinder.....when I get it done, I will post the drawings here..
