well i have i 91 civic that i may have to get rid of due to having a kid in 3 months.
i really want to keep it but i cant roll around in a civic with dropzones. lol
way too bumpy.
i dont have much cash so what kinda springs/shocks can i get so my car will sit at a nice stance and be smooth enough to carry a child in?

 

i would go back to stock...or kybs with stock springs

Deterioration of the thick rubber control arm bushings may be affecting the ride quality more than the springs and shocks at this point. I replaced nearly all the rubber bushings on my 91 Civic a few years ago and have noticed a big difference. Not that it was that bad before I replaced them. I still have the original shocks, though. I replaced the front springs too but kinda doubt that was really necessary.

 

Have you looked on e-bay at Tokico There a good choice, i think you could get a good pair for around $315.00 so just check out E-bay?? I have a 91 Honda Civic
dx, But my mech hasn't fix it yet,i don't have photo's yet but once i get it back from him(whenever) I will try to get some picks.Ive got work to do on it.(rims, tires,Sway bar Interior work,radio console etc, but im putting another motor in it
right now bought it off line on e-bay from a company,it got here on the 20th,now
it's the 31st he has not fix it yet.Now he's saying "i need half the money now for the labor of putting the motor in your honda,I just got my tags, and renewed my insurance and he is still not finish with putting it in,and now it's almost three week's
(man) i want my car, having to take to bus and ask for rides from work,or to church is bad,i don't like this,i realy want my car.
