Default lowering

I have a 99 civic and i want to lower it but i dont want to spend alot of money on it but i also dont want to regret going cheap so what should i do?

You say that now, but after a few months, you'll change your mind. Plus girls don't always like ridding around in lowered car. You might like watching their **** bounce around but they won't put up with it for long

Since ride quality doesn't matter you should look into Skunk2 adjustable coilovers and just use your stock struts.

not a chance just a matter of time.. skunk2 is really stiff and the lower you go the less time they will last just at the least get skunk2 sport shocks or something comparable

Those coilovers were designed to fit your stock struts. We wouldn't make a part to work simultaneously with another, just so the other part would blow. I'd recommend saving up a bit and look into some full coilovers such as our Pro S model or any other brand of choice, or if your really on a budget just pick up a set of the adjustable coilovers on the link I sent to you in the previous message. We sell those constantly and never get complaints of people blowing their stock struts with them.

If you were looking for a milder drop like 1.5 in just get some Tein S-techs on your stock struts, the ride will be very good too
