Default Axles..

I was wondering if the axles are interchangeable between 94-97 no matter what model it is. Just asking because I have a 94 Accord EX parted and my friend has a 96 or 97 and her axle is messed up

ABS and non-ABS are different, other than that you should be ok.

There is a difference between manual and automatic driver's side axle; manual is 2 piece, while the automatic one is one piece.

The only difference between ABS and non-ABS axles is that the ABS ones have a ring at the outer CV joint. If you don't have ABS, you can use an ABS axle, but not the other way around.

After reading your question again, your EX axle should work on any other trim accord, as long as they both are either automatic or manual.

The half shaft is in the illustration, but there is no part number for it for the automatic Accord. I know all about that since I did an auto to manual swap.
