Interchangeable Valve Springs/Retainers for F-series?

Interchangeable Valve Springs/Retainers for F-series?
A long time ago, some of the OG's that used to hang around here knew that certain H and B series springs/retainers will work correctly in the F-series. Anyone have any info on this?
