I have a fully built H23 block 0 miles, full ductile iron sleeves, 89,5 mm bore size, stock stroke, with new oem crank, new oil pump, new oem lower end gasket set. I no longer have an H23 prelude so my loss is your gain. Keep in mind I paid $700 for my crank alone. Asking $1000 shipped.
Crank and block can be purchased seperate for $500 each
