need help with code 43 Fuel supply system

I need to know what I should check that would cause me to get this code the engine is a b18a1 running a obd0 ecu. I have an adjustable fpr and gauge and it's set to 40psi.

o2 sensor change it; i had an b18a1 same thing.

yeah i found that on alot of other thread I shoiuld have searched harder before posting, but does my fuel pressure sound right at 40psi?
