95 prelude with f22b1 cels

the car always runs in limp mode, and wont go over 4000 rpms... anyone know whats going on?>

Do you have the f22b harness and ecu? If not then your not going over 4 because your vtec is not engaging. I have a 95 lude with an f22b1 swap but cant get the f22b harness to hook up with the preludes'.

Well I'll keep digging around forums and tinkering with it in my spare time so if I find anything or make any progress I'll make sure to let you know.
