Interchangeable Springs/Retainers for F-series

Interchangeable Valve Springs/Retainers for F-series
A long time ago, some of the OG's that used to hang around here knew that certain H and B series springs/retainers will work correctly in the F-series. F23 in particular. Anyone have any info on this?
