hey there, i have a 92 prelude with an h22a engine swap and i know it came from an accord but i dont know what year. id like to know that so i can find out what tcm to use for my transmission. the tranmission has MPOA-4032171 on it and the engine has a stamp of h22a 3034946. the tcm i got with the transmission says 28100-pon-j02 just wondering if you guys cud help me cus it is an Accord engine and Trany.

p.s the second gear shifts way to high. is it because of the tcm?

being just a h22a doesn't neccessarily mean it came from an accord. if you knew it was from a sir then yes. imported from japan usually doesn't come with where it came from. and any tcm would work as long as its an h22a. i assume yours is an automatic h22a. you can use a f22 tcm. the shift changing will just be a bit different though.tcm are hard to come by if they didn't come with the swap.
