my cuz left the states...he had a 91ed6 and he didnt want to pay for it to take it with him. so he gave me it. the problem is i only got the old title from 04 and he never put it in his name...and he lost the bill of sale. so i was wondering if anybody had some suggestions

did he sign the title? if not you can sign the title and send it in, and there will prob be a late fee.
if he did sign the title and he never sent it in. you can get a avadavid from the BMV.
This will have to be signed by him"wink wink" saying that he nevewr took postion of the car, then take the avadavid in and send the title work in.
Thats how it works in Indiana atleast, and no need for a bill of ale
