timing belt change - 2000 accord (4cyl)
i have a 2000 honda accord 4 cylinder with the f23a1. i dont feel like paying 700 dollars to have my timing belt changed because i dont think its a 700 dollar job. long story short, im doing it myself. i have seen it done on my car before but was not done very well. what should i replace other than the timing belt and water pump while every thing is apart? anyone know of any good write ups for changing one? advice? im doubting myself but i believe i can manage to do it.
edit- i have done some searching and have found plenty of timing belt-related threads but does anyone know of an existing how-to on changing it? im not asking you guys to make one out for me, but rather info on an already existing one. thanks in advance.

You should replace the timing belt, balancer belt, and both tensioners. While you are at it, you might as well do the 100k maintenance, which includes PS and AC belts (you will have these off anyway), distributor cap and rotor, and plugs and wires.
