My tail lights DO work, but only when I have the parking lights on.

As soon as I turn on my front lights, I lose my dashboard lights and my tail lights are out. However, my front lights are on & work.

Basically, I can't drive at night or I'll get pulled over for no tail lights or no front lights. I need help, I don't know where to start. I looked at the fuses and they look fine. I don't think it'd be a fuse because they DO work, but only certain times.

This started happening by itself, I wasn't modifying the car in any way. Any help is appreciated

 

i had this same problem when i had a flip light integra. the reason for those not working is because they are on the same circuit. so check your fuse. and then if it keeps popping then there's something shorting the system out.

my problem was the deck, when installing it there's a wire that isn't used when using after market i think it's red with a green line, if i can remember. it grounded out, all i did was tape it up and was good to go. so you might wanna check that. goodluck
