Default Suspension questions

I am going to install Skunk2 Springs + Tokico HP on my 2000 Honda Prelude. My question is while im removing the suspension are there anythings I should consider replacing while it is off? New top hats, bushing, etc.?

My plan for this car is to be a fun daily driver so nothing to aggressive as far as suspension and I would like for it to handle as good as possible.

Thanks

Default Re: Suspension questions (seanperia)

The bushings that made the biggest difference for me as far as road feel were the spring isolators (the doughnut shaped ones on the top of the springs themselves). I could suddenly feel everything the front wheels were doing, and it was not particularly uncomfortable. My only problem was that when I switched to polyurethane bushings, I got the red ones without the integrated graphite, and now they squeak a whole lot going over bumps.

So definitely consider getting some black ones. Perhaps someone else can attest to their squeak-free nature.
