Default Can't Change Spark Plugs Even With a 3" Extension

Okay, looks like I need to run to Sears I guess. I can't change the spark plugs even with the 3" extension... they are just too far down there. What do you guys use to change the plugs?

Thanks

Craftsman sells a very nice 3-piece extension set for $19.99, and they have the anti-release-locks on the ends, which is a nice feature.

No, no, you were being very helpful, thank you. I just realized how silly my question was...

Flux - who is on his way to Sears

Or you can put all your extensions together to make a super duper long extension. I remember once Jedi Master put 3 extensions together but in the end, he used his force to get off that bolt!

longer extension of course.. however I never can find the spark plug socket so I don't even bother with it anymore. Normal socket + a spark plug wire + longer extension = no spark plug in h0l3

Just wanted to post up something I run into occassionally, but when you are putting new plugs in, after you tighten them, sometimes the spark plug socket will come off the extension and stay down there! I've had this happen even with a Snap On extension that has the anti-release. Simple fix? I just got some duct tape and taped the damn spark plug socket onto the extension. Problem solved. Just wanted to mention because it took me a little to figure a good easy way to solve this problem. Yeah, I know .

I'm not sure how sensitive the combustion chamber is but wouldn't introduce foreign material like anti-seize near the chamber pose a threat of having some of it seep through?
