Default h2b turbo blows tires in 5th gear wtf......@ only 9.4 lbs of boost........

setup

head
-bone stock
-no upgrade valve train no porting
-stock cams

block
-mahle pistons
-eagle rods
-acl bearings

turbo setup
-ebay kit with t3/t4 .57 trim
-daily driven on open downpipe

fuel management
-1200cc rc
-stock fuel rail
-stock fuel pressure regulator
-stock fuel filter
-walbro 255lph fuel pump
-hondata s200b

tires
-kumho v10

On 91 octane the car blows 1st through 4th gear if the tires need heated up
once s it heated up u can get traction in 4th
this is with 91 octane pump gas with only 9.4lbs of boost...........

On methanol it blows tires on 5th gear at around 3700 rpm
thats 5th gear punching it at 2500 rpm
datalog shows 9.4 psi at 3300 rpm!
this is still with 9.4lbs of boost and same v10 tires (18 psi tire pressure)

What should we do?
we want to street tune the car before going to dyno....

Tune the car on the dyno, before you kill yourself or someone else.

It makes more sense to do the dyno tuning first. Part throttle tuning on the street is one thing, but WOT is just foolish.

That was my initial thought as well. I REALLY doubt you're spinning in 5th gear...

it has to be around 400whp
on 91 octane it blows the tires in 4th unless tires are warmed up.........

so what size tire is seng using when you are tuning his car tom?

either the tires are really old(hard) and full of pressure...

or

you should tell seng to put on some soft drag tires, then go on from there.

a .57 trim roasting 5th gear under 4krpm/10lb boost? Are you on ice? Your running Methanol through your Walbro 255?

the v10's are the best "street" slick that ive ever used... so many people doubt then until they get a feel of em in action...

lol, we are doubtful because a .57 trim at 10psi is not a 5th gear tire roasting snail, I cant roast 5th gear in my car at almost 600whp.

Whats this talk about Methanol, are you running straight Methanol or spraying it?

So your flowing straight Methanol through your stock tank, a walbro 255 which then makes its way through stock lines into a stock rail and out a stock regulator.... wow if it were really that easy we would all run Methanol.....

Since Meth pretty much requires double the amount when compared to gasoline, if you were in the 400whp range on Meth your magical Meth compatible Walbro 255 is flowing enough for 800whp on gasoline with stock lines etc, not to mention I dont think RC 1200's would even be enough for 400whp on Meth even if the single 255 could get you there, interesting.......

tom at rev-speed made over 400whp on 1000cc injectors and a bad cylinder on meth on their 2.0 motor setup... there are some key words in your post that stand out, and i think it says it all....
