Default 92-95 H22A

Hey guys, I have a JDM 92-95 H22A. I know this as been covered multiple times, but I can't find a straight answer to this question. I am going to put type S pistons in my block and I know I need a different rod becasue of the wrist pins.
What I want to know is what rod can I get without modifying them. Can I get a forged Eagle H beam h22a4 rod and put that in my stock H22a bottom and and be fine? Or is there another Rod I can use?

Thanks for the help fellas.
