1993 honda accord steering/alignment issue

1993 honda accord steering/alignment issue
I have a 1993 Honda Accord EX. When i turn hard left or right, i hear a knocking coming from the corresponding side to which i am turning. Could it be CV joints or my shocks/strutts? Any advice is appreciated!!!!

If the speed of the knocking sounds increases/decreases with the speed of the car in the turn, it's a bad cv joint.

I am trying to replace the front rotors and pads right now. It sucks!!!! I came across a bad drivers side tie rod.
