hey well i just got the swap dun and not sure y its acting like this
when i go to start it it turns over for ever then stutters. like wants to start but dosint and i dont wanna burn the starter so i stop and turn it over agin then it starts that time or the next. but when its started it runs ruff hole car shakes and rpms are up and down sounds like it wants to die but dosint .if some 1 could help maybe let me know things i could check or what u think is wrong. and sorry im a newbe at the forms

 

hmm, i havn't seen one do this yet, but i'll do some researching and see what I can find out for you.

 

hey thank u and do u know if the h22a motor is run on points i herd that might do it or bad timing

 

what ecu are you using ? check for any air leaks, timing may be another factor

 

im not sure whitch ecu would it say on it ? ill try to take a vid of me starting it and at a idle so ppl can hear it thanks

your timing is off. 90% sure...vacum leaks wouldn't do this.

 

okay do i need a timing light to set it or what
