removing the cruise control on my em1

anyone ever done it? my cruise control right now doesnt work. i really dont care for it. i never use it. other then the visible components. what else needs to be removed? are there any downsides?

other then me not using it it. i think it my engine bay would look cleaner. ill give it a shot this weekend.

i removed it today. the bay looks way cleaner. took me 5 minutes, and thats because i had some rusty *** wire cutters
