5th gens speed limiters

Do 5th gen accords have speed limiters?

i can only get mine to 125 with the base 2.2L

Pretty much the same with me. About 125mph, and damn it takes forever to get there.

I was under the impression only the automatic Accords did, not the 5spds.

Umm, in the manual it said that the autos did, but the manuals did not. I have hit 138 going downhill, but then again I have an aftermarket ECU...

I've hit 127 in my 4th gen auto.

I am under the impression that all cars sold in California have a 110mph limiter.

only 94-95 ex's with the obd1 ecu do not have speed limiters, i hit 138 mph speedo indicated before(on a flat road with oem wheels and oem spec tires)

I have a 95 Ex, so that means i have no speed limiters?

Also take into account that once you get above 100 or so the tolerances/accuracy of the stock speedometer go to ****. Much like the inaccuracy of the stock tach.

Does this include both auto and stick?
