Hi,
I have a 98 integra, and within the last year the cruise control stopped working. The shop i normally take it to would charge way too much just to find out whats wrong. So i was hopeing i could find out whats wrong and maybe fix it by myself.
I can press the master button, but when I press the set/decel button, the light on the dash blinks and then does nothing. I have tried using the cc at a variety of speeds anywhere from 25 mph to about 80 mph. Really the only thing i've checked was the fuse and that was good. Someone i know thinks the vacuum lines might be cracked and thats whats causing the problem. What do you guys think? I haven't checked the vacuum lines yet partially because I dont know where they are. Besides, not knowing where they are, I can probably do most of the work myself. What do you think is wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
