by cheap i mean less than 400 for a complete assembled bottom end, I can get them locally asssembled ready to slap a head on with no problems for 400 . looking for less than that

jimmy... I would just run the ebay turbo with the proper oil restrictor. A lot of HMT guys are cranking out 400+whp with china made ebay turbo's.

most of them usually last about 2 years with proper care.

 

i know you said cheap but i have a built gsr bottom end for sale.
