alright guys, i have a 2000 civic si and im going to be swaping the front lower subframe on it. now my question is if i use a eg subframe or a dc subframe i think those do swap onto a 2000 civic. but what happens to the suspension geometry ? does everything stay the same ? or does caster or toe or camber shift in anyway? and will the em1 lca fit into a eg or dc subframe? also can i still use my civic si rack and pinion?.
thanks for the help guys !

Okay I will answer your Q as many as possible.
EG/DC subframe or crossmember is completely different in designs from that of EK's. So to answer your questions, yes, changing the subframe to DC/EG's will change the suspension geometry.
For LCAs, yes you can use EG or DC lower arms, but I believe it will change the suspension geometry as well. I do not know exactly what will be changed upon changing LCAs, but I am pretty sure the EK and DC/EG LCAs are different in sizes. But I am only 80% sure on LCAs, so somebody correct me if i am wrong

you too. but if i were you i would search about and find the em1 subframe and keep everything within the limits of your make and model this will ensure the best fit with the least amount of headaches. along with spring rates and everything else when it comes to changing parts and getting an alignment...
