Default jdm foglight install help

ok i bought a set of foglights for my 95 LS i had them put on by a guy i know and he connected them to the parking lights and i was blowing fuses and my taillights wouldnt work so i undid what he did now everything is back to normal. my question is is if i cut out my high beams would it affect the wiring at all?? will i still blow fuses?? my goal is to elimate my high beams and everytime i hit the high beams the fogs would come on rather than the high beams, will this work?? thanks

Wow. Just Wow.

1) You need high beams to pass inspection.
2) Why sacrifice looks for useability?
3) You are dumb for even asking this.

when i had fogs, i connected the power wire straight to the battery with an inline fuse. and find a good ground.

Why don't you run the fog lights seperate from your other lighting. Run your power source from the fuse box, or your battery to a 30 amp relay, make sure you have an inline fuse in the wiring as well.

Search on here, I think the user BUNMANGO had a write-up on wiring the fog lights up.

Don't settle for taking options of your car (high-beams) when there are ways of making it work without taking original equipment off.
