My car does exactly the same thing, but only started after i took it for a regular service with Honda, and they will not own up to it...

My car is a 1999 GSR, with around 65,000miles on it, in wonderful condition, untill the service. I was told by Honda that it was the "cold start valve"... but they never did anything about it.

I have tried a few things, like checked the timing, changed spark plugs, cleaned the dizzy etc, could it be the spark plug wires?? or should i just believe Honda and get a new "cold start valve"???

But to help you, mine does exactly the same thing so our problem is probably the same...

Let me know how you go..
