Default asr subframe brace issue

I got a del sol and i got an issue with my subframe brace and sway bar combo. The passenger side d-bracket bushing keeps popping out of place about an inch i have no idea what is causing this and it is really starting to tick me off. Any advice would be great thanks and i did torque the brackets down to 22 lbs. if i remember correctly
