Default Oil in spark plug

Hey, Im new to the site. I have a 89si hatch. I have replaced the grommets under the valve cover. I was wondering if there are some under the rocker arms if so, which is the best way to change them out.

Yep, there are some underneath the rocker arms. The easiest way to replace the rocker tube seals would be with the help of a service manual. It's basically removing the cam and rocker arms.

hmm, this probably explains why i'm still getting oil in there even after several valve cover o-ring grommet replacements..
