Cam gears

Is there a write up on how to adjust Spoon Cam gears on a 2001 GSR? I tried searching but nothing came up.

anyone? I got spoon cam gears on an it looks like they are retarded. Im trying to put it back to stock but I dont know how to adjust these cam gears. Any write ups at all would help.
