Default Supertech valvetrain any good?

I plan on installing some supertech springs and retainers, are they any good? i want something reliable, i am installing ITR cams at the same time. any reccomendation on what spring tension (lbs) to get? thanks

Never used em but a buddy did on a n/a big cam b16 project... he loved em and swears by there product now. I say go for it
