I've got a 1995 Honda Passport and the key will not turn the ignition. When the key is inserted it chimes, but it will not turn it. The steering wheel is locked and will move about an inch left or right. The vehicle is of course in park. Both keys unlock the doors and both keys do the same thing w/ the ignition. Drove the car to the store last night, worked fine, came out and now no key will work.

Is this an key cylinder problem possibly, or could it be with the steering column lock?
