Default H&R sports

I am looking to buy some H&R sport springs for my GSR. I was also considering the neuspeeds but I wanted the stiffer spring rate.....Does anyone know where to get the H&R sports for cheapest? Sorry I tried searching and didnt find anything. Also, what is a good price for them. Later

my cost on h&r springs are about 140. when i usually sell them to customers i usually charge between 175-200. just letting ya know so you won't get ripped off. why don't you grab a set of tien springs. i have them on my gs-r and they feel great. thats my opinion tho. my friends is on h&r's and i liked them as well.

Ya man I just found that deal a little earlier today. I think i'm gonna buy from there because that is a hell of a price. I am also planning on putting them on stock struts as well, at least for now. Do you or anyone have pictures of the drop?

BTW, the rates for who was asking...

H&R sports..276 front/276 rear
Neuspeed sports...250 front/185 rear

both are a 1.75 drop front/1.5 drop rear

If you are wondering about anything else, I have a chart with almost every spring on it w/ the rates and drop

Hmm, cool thanx for the spring rates. H&R Sports look a lot better for dragging because of their higher rear spring rate. Any springs out there with a larger spring rate in the rear?

Anyone know what the stock spring rate is?

Wow those are higher spring rates for the H&R sports then i thought! Aren't ITR springs 250f/250r? So these are good upgrade springs for ITRs too ?

Stock: 212 front/ 117 rear
ITR: 246 front/ 246 rear

Their are a few that are stiffer in the rears....

Spoon sports: 363f/307r
neuspeed race and h&r race are about the same: 450f/350r

then obviously coilovers...

I'm not too sure about what shocks work with what springs, so your gonna have to wait for someone else to jump in...

Yeah, I've heard the AGX's are only good up to about 1.5"-2" drop. The race springs drop lower than this. Are they any good relatively low-cost springs out there meant for dragging? Like maybe something with a 250 front/400-500 rear?

Ya some of the pics look pretty high, but others looks like a 1-2 finger gap? Do these settle at all?

How do you like the ride so far? I'm getting the same springs on stock shocks on my 99 GS.

it looks high in the pics but in real life its perfect, gap is 1.5 finger or like a thumb, they settle very little, iv only had these on for about 1 month. and ride is great even on stock shocks it hadles awsome

i second that. i have them also, and the drop is perfect. invest on aftermarket shocks, it'll save u money on the long run. be carefull tho, u will scrape on step ramps so drive more carefull.

Thanks a lot for the pictures silverb18c1. I was planning on asking if anyone had those. That is the exact setup I am going for, except I have a 98 GSR . Looks good by the way
