Dead pedal reinstall help.
?? Reinstalling dead pedal ??
mine is 06 EX.
anyone know how can i reinstall the dead pedal?
i removed it to reach the sockets under the fuse box.
but now, i couldn't put back the dead pedal into place.
i found that the holding **** is only turnable in one way, (clkwise/anti i forgot)
it's turnable in the way to release the pedal, but not in the other.
i tried to turn the screws reversely. but the front screw is not reversible. it's a one way screw. i am not sure why.
so anyone know how to reinstall it?
thanks.

Remove the footrest (A).
-1 Remove the lower clip (B) from the stud bolt (C) using a 6 mm hexagon socket wrench.
-2 Remove the upper clip (D) from the stud bolt using a flat-tip screwdriver.
installation is reverse of removal
per the service manual...

hum....
is that really correct?
since the lower screw is not even reversible in turning.
and i tried to just push it back. but nth. holds. and it comes off easily.
