Default b16 engine with b18a bearing

Sorry i'm a noob and i was wondering if i can use the b18a rod bearings or main bearings for my b16 block? I bought a kit of acl bearing from ebay, i think they send me the wrong rod bearings or main bearing for b18a engine. I need to go check if its the main or rod bearings. But anyways i was wondering if they would work. Thanks in advance.

Yes you can, you can even use them on d-series. The problem with acl bearings and other one size bearings, is that you have to machine the crank to get the bearings to work. Which could be more expensive then just buying properly sized honda bearings.
